Short Job Description

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Supply & Partnerships, and based in Madrid, Spain, the Programmatic Supply Specialist will play a key role within the Operations team, supporting the management and optimization of global mobile inventory across Taptap’s ecosystem.

The role will focus on maintaining strong relationships with inventory partners, ensuring supply quality, and contributing to the performance and scalability of programmatic campaigns. The candidate will work closely with Product, Trading, and Commercial teams to ensure efficient supply integration and optimal monetization.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements of the role

  • Advanced level of English (C1).
  • 1–3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or digital media.
  • Background in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or similar fields.
  • Understanding of programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, DMPs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Bonus points:

  • Experience analyzing programmatic campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with ad verification, tracking, and tagging processes.
  • Experience working with data and reporting tools.
  • Basic technical knowledge (HTML, tags, tracking setups).

Job Responsibilities

1. Supply Management & Optimization

  • Manage and optimize global mobile inventory sources.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new supply partners.
  • Ensure inventory quality, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Monitor supply performance and identify optimization opportunities.

2. Monitoring & Analysis

  • Analyze inventory performance based on KPIs such as fill rate, viewability, engagement, and revenue.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve supply efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align supply strategy with campaign needs.

3. Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance

  • Verify correct implementation of tags, creatives, and tracking systems.
  • Detect and resolve issues related to inventory, delivery, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure smooth execution of programmatic operations.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Trading, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations based on data insights.
